The huge private terrace has an astonishing view over the valley and hill-top villages on the mountains to the west.

The house has a bedroom for two people. In addition there is a transportable single bed that can be placed in the living room.

In a separate apartment, there are 4 sofa beds (1 double + 2 single), a kitchenette and bathroom.
The house is only 3 km from Olevano Romano with restaurants and bars - and only 1 hour from Rome.

The space
The property consist of a house with living room and kitchen on ground floor and bedroom for two an bathroom on first floor. From bedroom there is a door to a little terrasse outside.

Outside, there is a big scenic terrace with a wonderful view. Outside, you also find a shower and a mini-pool where you can cool off with a drink on the hot summer days.

Cesanese wine tasting can be arranged with one of the top producers in the area.
