Excellent apartment for both short-term and long-tersm stay. It has absolutely everything you need, and there are plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Dario was very kind and always available to help with any questions or provide assistance when needed.

Extremely clean, well equipped apartment, located very close to Bovisa train station and Polimi. Excellent value. Coordinating with the host was easy and seamless. Dario was hospitable and extremely accommodating. Real find!

We had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with the apartment. The host was very kind, responsive, and flexible, always quick to reply. The location is great, especially for students, as the faculties are very close. Although it is a bit farther from the city center, there is a tram stop right next to the apartment and a metro station just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. Right next to the apartment, there are many small shops, a market, bakeries, and coffee shops, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities one might need. The door access system is very simple and practical especially for groups, since there are no physical keys and people can come and go at different times without any issues. Definitely worth staying here!
