About this apartment rental
One-bedroom apartment spread on two levels for 4 people, with large living area with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a double bedroom, two terraces. The apartment is located on the third floor (with lift) of Palazzo Candiani, a modern complex with gym and garage, a few steps from Bovisa station and the Politecnico di Milano. Dishwasher, washing machine, fiber optic internet are available to guests.
On the first floor is located the living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hobs) and a table: The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV. The French door that opens onto the small terrace makes the room very bright. A storage area with a wardrobe leads to the bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is the second bathroom, and the double bedroom with wardrobe and a desk for working comfortably from home. From here you can access the second terrace.
Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments for rent of different types (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments), and has a gym and garage available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every apartments and the opening and closing of doors and windows.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations.
From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). From Bovisa station also direct connections with train to Milano Malpensa airport. The yellow underground station of Dergano is about a 15-minute walk.
