Over The Sea Punta Lada

Ausgezeichnete lage, haus in gutem zustand, klimatisierte zimmer und sehr starkes WLAN! Besonders angenehm war die veranda im garten mit gepflegtem rasen und üppigen, typisch mediterranen blumenpflanzen. Die sauberkeit war gut, der komfort des hauses auf hohem niveau, die matratzen sind neu – und glücklicherweise hat mein rücken nicht gelitten! Der strand ist nur 5 minuten zu fuß entfernt; es handelt sich um einen Club ausschließlich für anwohner, sodass alle unerwünschten touristen draußen bleiben – maximale privatsphäre und exklusivität auf höchstem niveau. besonders bemerkenswert war die möglichkeit, den grill des Club Marina Piccola zu nutzen, wie uns Luigi beim check-in empfohlen hat! Insgesamt ein hervorragender eindruck – wir werden definitiv wiederkommen."

Posizione perfetta per chi non ama il rumore del centro di Porto Rotondo, aria condizionata nelle camere, bagni in ordine, giardino molto curato e ben tenuto, ampi spazi esterni panoramici. Chicca: la spiaggia con accesso al Beach Club Marina Piccola solo per residenti è il valore aggiunto di questa bella villa a Punta Lada, raggiungibile a piedi in 5min avrete a disposizione lettino, ombrellone, guardia spiaggia, beach-bar e potrete fare anche un tuffo nella nuova piscina riservata ai soli soci!!

Mooie villa met uitzicht op zee in een aangename maritieme stijl, kamers met airconditioning, de keuken is wel wat aan de kleine kant, nieuwe badkamers! De buitenruimtes nodigen uit om van te genieten, met grote veranda’s en een prachtige tuin met een goed onderhouden gazon en veel bloemen; De buitenruimtes zijn zeer comfortabel en koel

My partner and I stayed at Luigi and Maryrose’s beautiful home just outside Porto Rotondo in the lovely Punta Lada, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful; it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach at Marina Piccola (we were offered beach access passes and took them). We really liked how clean the house was; it was fresh and typically mediterranean: very well-equipped with everything we needed, and we had no issues during our stay. Maryrose was always quick to respond via WhatsApp and helpful in recommending restaurants, destinations, and local events during our stay. Porto Rotondo is about a 10-minute walk along a well-maintained path that starts at the house and leads all the way into town; plus, the path is lit, so walking at night was never an issue. I highly recommend this villa and Luigi and Maryrose as hosts: they were both excellent, and we would definitely return! We’ll miss this view from the balcony! Thank you, MaryRose, we loved your home!
