El barrio es tranquilo y tiene supermercados, restaurantes, etc y está bien comunicado con el centro, con San Siro, con Linate y con la estación central. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y todo funciona.
Algunas cosas no estaban bien del todo. El grifo de la ducha perdía presión, los armarios abrían y cerraban mal, la ventana del baño se abría con mucha dificultad. La funda de almohada y los cajones de la cómoda estaban sucios. La cocina se había limpiado superficialmente, quedaban incrustaciones en la vitrocerámica.
