Property is clean, well equipped and comfortable with all kitchen equipment, towels and basics provided. The terrace of the house is a real highlight where we could spend very peaceful mornings and evenings. Property is a fantastic location, 5 mins walk to the beach with easy access to all the right. There are daily stalls spreads in the evening which is just outside the main gain and place comes alive in the evening beautifully . We very much enjoyed our stay and very pleased that any minor issues were dealt by the host/ owner very promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sardinia. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with restaurants, shops and everything you may need close by. The apartment itself is excellent: very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated all the small useful details that made us feel at home, as well as the very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor patio was also a real highlight — a lovely place to enjoy fresh air, morning coffee or a quiet evening. The host was very kind, welcoming and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Appartamento con due camere matrimoniali. Salotto e cucina separati. Bel terrazzino.

L'armadio di una camera era inutilizzabile perché al suo interno era pieno di altra roba. Nell'altra camera utilizzabile solo a metà. La parte peggiore era la cucina. Tutte le stoviglie in cucina erano in disordine, pentole rovinate e arrugginite. Le tazze erano rovinate (tranne 3). Uno scomparto era pieno di spezie sporche, sale e pepe arrugginiti e inutilizzabili. Abbiamo trovato sacchi di pasta e biscotti aperti come se qualcuno ci abitasse dentro. Consiglio una bella pulizia buttando tutte le cose aperte, arrugginite e rovinate. In bagno c'erano saponi e detersivi finiti in bella vista. Occhio alla fiancata della macchina quando si entra nel parcheggio, c'è una pianta che avanza fuori e punge che rischia di rigare la fiancata della macchina.
