Very well located. The view is exactly as advertised. The balcony is spacious. The bed is comfortable. There is an elevator and wifi. The kitchen is more than decently equiped for cooking. The personnel was very kind and attentive. The quality price ratio for my stay in June was on spot; not more nor less.
There’s no AC, yet there is a powerful fan that helped a lot.

La vista e la posizione, erano perfetti per evitare il caos di St. Topez. Anche il prezzo giustissimo per il periodo in pieno agosto!
La casa, era pulita, ma avendo mobili un pò datati, sembra sporca.

The location was great!!! Right in port and easy drive to various towns around it such as St Tropez , Port Grimaud, etc.
Wonderful view of Port from balcony- exactly as advertised! Cute restaurants, bakery and coffee shop in port, along with mini grocery store. Quiet and safe community.
No Air conditioning. Please note there is only a fan so it gets really hot especially in summer.
Kitchen is quite small so note that if you plan on cooking.
Apartment is quite old but good for a home base to sleep.
