About this apartment rental

Completely renovated apartment (2017) of 50 m2 of 2 rooms with covered veranda on garden of 130 m2 overlooking the Giscle, with a mooring of 8 meters. It consists of an entrance with washer dryer, a bathroom with toilet, a room with 2 beds of 90 x 200 garden side and a ceiling fan, an American kitchen. It is equipped with new: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, espresso combined coffee maker and filter, kettle, toaster.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV + box internet and ceiling fan. The veranda has a sofa (2 beds 80 cms wide x 200 cms) + fan on foot.
The apartment is cool in summer. It does not need air conditioning.
There is a garden furniture including chairs, deck chairs, table and large umbrella. The garden of 130 M2 is equipped with a platform shower and night lighting for evenings.
A private parking space is nearby.
Access to St Tropez can be done by boat (shuttle on the harbor side) with connection to St Raphael
Shops nearby .

This was a perfect setting for us to bring our boat from the UK and enjoy the marvellous boating on the gulf of St Tropez. The apartment is compact and really only suits two. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished to a good standard with high quality electrical goods. The garden is south facing and leads down to the riverside with good sun and al fresco eating facilities. For us some improvement to the furniture would be beneficial. I wasn’t expecting to share the mooring with the owner’s sailing boat and tender. We had problems with boat trailer storage resolved by SMN just opposite. Owners very supportive first 24h helping with this. Private parking space for one car. Overall this was a very special visit for us and if you want to bring your boat to the very interesting setting of Port Grimaud this is a relaxed and quite comfortable place to rent. Our first experience of coming to the Med with our boat and we will be back!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten. Frühstücken direkt am Kanal und die ausfahrenden Boote beobachten. Dank den Fahrrädern ist man auch schnell in Port Grimaud wo die Restaurants sind. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
