The location and the size of the cottage was adequate for what we required. Kitchen was suitably equipped for self-catering. Ample parking. We found the books for walking very useful and did complete three of the walks.
Fresh eggs from “the girls” delivered by Tim.
No heating in the bathroom, so had to dry towels in bedroom and sitting room. On the plus side the bathroom was clean.

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful part of Devon.
Tim, Anna & Cameron were fabulous hosts, providing a lovely country experience for all the family.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, superbly equipped kitchen, warm cosy beds & the family area had plenty of comfortable sofas, chairs & toys for the children.
The whole family enjoyed the animal experiences. The pool was clean, well looked after & warm. Plus the gardens & games room added extra safe places to explore & keep the children entertained.
Totally recommend as a family holiday home.

The hosts, Anna and Tim, were so warm and welcoming. The cottage was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were excellent, my children loved the animals and games barn. Could not recommend this stay more.

Tim and Anna, the on site owners were very kind, there communications via email and text made everything for our stay so flexible.
They met us at a time we agreed, doing the SWCP our timings were going to need to be flexible and they asked for a text on roughly what time we would arrive and we sorted that with Tim and Anna as soon as we knew the exact time.
Directions were given as some sat navs don't work well, We used WAZE which took us straight to the front doors.
We were up early every day but the first morning we decided to meet with Tim and feed the animals, great fun seeing the chickens, pigs and sheep.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would recommend the location to anyone who wants to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet.
