Forsthaus Wartenfels

Schön erhaltenes altes Forsthaus! Ich habe das größte Zimmer/Wohnung gesehen: sehr nett - aber im Sommer besser nicht oben die Betten (= Sauna dzt im Spitz) sondern die guten Schlafbänke „unten“ verwenden. Ich hatte ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer „Fuchsbau“, wenn man nur schlafen will, nett - es gibt nebenan eine kleine Küche mit Tisch bzw. Besser: man kann vor/hinter dem Haus sitzen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Gaststube sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist die €25,- extra jedenfalls wert, siehe Foto.

Super gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personl, entzückendes Forsthaus mit traditionellem Flair. Lediglich das Bett im Dachgiebel über eine steile Leiter war nicht sehr bequem, aber passt zum Ambiente! Gerne wieder, top Location!

The place is located along a popular hiking trail in the woods. The trail is popular because it leads to old castle ruins and 2 of the best viewing peaks in the region. The building incredibly charming, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is a great spot if you want to spend some time in the forest, go hiking or just lounge around on one of the many patios to enjoy the sound of the forest. It's remote, but only a short drive to either Fuschl or Thalgau.

No air conditioning. It was Summer and there was a historical heat wave happening when we stayed. It was difficult to sleep at night. So we bought fans and kept the windows open, which lead to us sleeping with some bugs in the rooms. Its an old wooden chalet, fachwerk, with amazing charm and architecture, but if you are expecting modern technological convenience, you will be disappointed.

La posizione è magnifica immerso nel Bosco. La struttura è davvero caratteristica tutta in legno e sembra di stare in un altra epoca. Personale gentilissimo. Il ristorante è Ottimo

Ci hanno dato la stanza ma avranno rifatto solo il letto in quanto il cestino del bagno era pieno, nella doccia c erano dei capelli e il pavimento era sporco. In generale la struttura non è pulita perché sia la testata del letto in stoffa e sia tutto i mobili di legno erano pieni di polvere, stessa cosa nella sala ristorazione cuscini ecc... La cosa più spiacevole è che abbiamo pagato 253,00 euro due notti nel bosco nella pace assoluta e la notte del sabato c è stata la musica da discoteca altissima alla struttura accanto dalla sera fino alle 4 del mattino. Praticamente non abbiamo chiuso occhio e questo di certo non ce lo aspettavamo.
