Great to have the whole place to myself. Large kitchen and lounge. Bed was comfy and bathroom with shower was good. Easy joining instructions with lock box -Thank you
Just to bear in mind that the stairs are quite steep but otherwise enjoyed my stay.... (could have done with copy invoice )

It was a cute house in a lovely village close to Melton Mowbray where we were doing a workshop the following day. We only stayed one night so didn't experience all the amenities.
Parking was on the main road and it was very busy, probably due to the pub next door, luckily we were able to park.
There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and a non-slip mat in the bath would have been useful for the shower.
The main issue, though, was the stairs. They were very steep and not very deep, anyone with any sort of mobility issues would have struggled or not been able to use them and the only bathroom was on the top floor. Luckily so were both the bedrooms.
