Location. Apartment size.
The apartment felt slightly damp, with a noticeable musty odour. The kitchen appeared less clean than one would reasonably expect. Insufficient cleaning products and no rubbish bags were provided. For a one night stay I think it wouldn't have been too much to expect that the bed should have been made. It was also noticeable that we could easily hear people moving about above us indicating insufficient floor/ceiling sound insulation.
