Great location (if you do not come by car) and clean

There is street parking available, but it is always occupied. Some basic things you would normally expect, and which are easy to fix, are missing. For example, the lamp above the bed does not work. There is a nice coffee cup, but it leaks. The apartment has no scissors, no proper kitchen knife, no extractor hood, no kitchen towel, and no hooks to hang a bathroom towel or kitchen tea towel. All instructions are only available through an app. Nothing is printed, so you have to search there for the Wi-Fi code or the rules on waste separation, which feels inconvenient. On top of that, the information in the app does not match the details on Booking.com (for example, the check-out time is different). Communication via Booking.com is fast, but the host only replies in French. The front door handle is loose and falls out easily, it literally drops to the floor if you use a bit of force. When we mentioned this, the response was that it is “supposed to be like that.” This gives the impression that you might suddenly not be able to get in or out, which is not acceptable.
