The property offers a truly authentic ryokan experience, with beautiful interiors that do not compromise on comfort. The traditional dinner and breakfast, served in the room, were both exceptional. Central location made it easy to explore Kyoto. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm—without a doubt, the greatest asset of Hiiragiya.
