Beautiful 1 bedroom villa in perfect location

Great location — very close to everything — and I really liked the pool and the overall interior design. The level of privacy the place offers is truly exceptional.

I didn’t like the musty smell inside the villa, and the towels and bed sheets were not as clean and impeccable as they should be. I informed the manager, and if these two issues are resolved, this villa will be my first choice when I return.

Lovely one-room villa with private pool in garden courtyard. Everything you needed was there. It is not brand new, but it is clean and well-maintained. The cleaners came twice a week, and the pool was also cleaned twice during the week. The kitchen and living area are open on one side to the pool and courtyard. The living area has ceiling fans, and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a safe for storing valuables. The kitchen has basic cooking 2x hotplate, kettle and toaster. The Villa is entered off the street, so you can hear some traffic and street sounds, but this settles around 10pm and does not start again until late morning, I didn't find it disturbing. There is a locked gate, then a locked door leading to the garden, and a further door to the enclosed part of the villa (bedroom and bathroom) which can also be locked from both inside and outside. Felt very safe staying there as a woman travelling alone. Location-wise it was perfect, great food options across the road (Hibiscus and Kilo) "Eat Street" 5 minutes walk away, beach 15 minutes walk. A taxi or a bike was easily available out the front. Convenience store across the road. Looking at previous reviews across different platforms, I noted some criticism re dampness and insects. There were a few, but not many, mosquitoes and some discolouration on garden walls. None of this was beyond what you have to expect in any tropical location, and did not seem to be because of any lack of cleanliness or maintenance. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, no issues, nice place in the perfect location.

The propert is in a great location for all the restaurants , clubs and shopping

It can be a bit noisy in the day time as on a main road but amazing position and not noisy at night
