Es amplio, la ubicación excelente.

El ascensor práctico pero muy pequeño, y la construcción que hay pero no molestó nada hacia adentro.

The location was close to transportation and many small shops and fast food. The unit is quite large and has an updated kitchen, living room area was nice and large. Washer and dryer were nice to use.

The level of disrepair and neglect of the overall building is not good. The flat is clean and large but it also needs more care to be competitive. Some items like kitchen, washer/dryer are great, as is the size. And it is well cleaned. But, it needs a lot more update and care to be truly desirable and is on a very busy street. Old carpet, issues with one shower temperature control, front door deadbolt not functional, many electrical outlets not working.... we would not choose it again.

Oscar was able to let us have early access to the apartment at midday to leave off our overnight bags and as we went straight to the lion king this was appreciated very much .the apartment itself was excellent fresh clean new looking and the bathrooms spotless and well serviced with shampoo body wash and towels . It was a heatwave and the air con units in each room were greatly appreciated

The entrance was awful. It looked like squatters lived in the building We were on third floor .There was a lift, which was Antique and no lighting at all which was a bit frightening in the heatwave . In fairness there looked like renovations ongoing to hallway and stairs which were verging on squalid . We were delighted therefore that the apartment twas so splendid
