Luxury 3-Bed Flat - 1 min from Baker Street Station

Oscar was able to let us have early access to the apartment at midday to leave off our overnight bags and as we went straight to the lion king this was appreciated very much .the apartment itself was excellent fresh clean new looking and the bathrooms spotless and well serviced with shampoo body wash and towels . It was a heatwave and the air con units in each room were greatly appreciated

The entrance was awful. It looked like squatters lived in the building We were on third floor .There was a lift, which was Antique and no lighting at all which was a bit frightening in the heatwave . In fairness there looked like renovations ongoing to hallway and stairs which were verging on squalid . We were delighted therefore that the apartment twas so splendid

Amazing location, big apartment suitable for group or big family. Friendly and helpful host. Convenient check-in and checkout.

De locatie was erg goed. Heel dichtbij metrostation Baker Street en omringd met leuke winkels en restaurants.

De eerste avond was er geen warm water in het gehele appartement en hadden we koude douches. De boiler bleek niet te werken en moesten we zelf maken. In de badkamers waren beide mengkranen van de douches kapot, waardoor er in 1 badkamer gedurende het hele verblijf geen warme douche was, ook niet nadat we de boiler zelf hadden gemaakt. De entree en het trappenhuis naar het appartement was vuil, stoffig en leek in staat van verbouwing. Er lag bouwplastic op de trap. Het was niet de ‘luxe’ uitstraling die de advertentie deed vermoeden. Het appartement zelf had tapijt in de slaapkamers, waardoor het stoffig was. Het slot van de buitendeur was defect waardoor iedereen het pand in kon, dat gaf een onprettig gevoel. De beheerder was nauwelijks bereikbaar, nam de telefoon niet op en reageerde beperkt via WhatsApp.
