個々のお客に関しては宿泊施設の問題ではないので、他コメントにあるようなことはあまり感じないですね。

Clean and well thought out capsule layout.

Great location sandwiched between a 7/11 and a supermarket 100yen store wombo combo this place is a perfect spot to use to do day trips around Tokyo the beds were comfy and spacious for a pod style bed facilities mentioned were available and in good working order bath soaps shampoo etc were provided but your on your own for laundry detergent and it’s a coin laundry. Manager/cleaner don’t know which one he is or both was polite and cordial and emptied the trash bins and cleaned the rooms daily

I think another set of cabinets for shoes should be added as the doorway especially in the later half of my stay had a large amount of shoes at the door sprawled around (mind you this is heading into peak tourism season) and an umbrella holder would make the entrance perfect. The bathrooms could be cleaned more often as the always had a slight smell however I blame that more on the clientele as it’s apparent no one is sitting down to pee and some clearly needed better aim and air freshener were placed to help mitigate this. Lastly not so much a problem with this property more a warn to duos and groups booking here there’s no congregation area and you can hear a pin drop across the rooms so if you want a place for more than to simply store your luggage and a bed to rest at night this place might not be for you.
