Stylish 2BR Apartment with Balcony and Parking near Saint Lazarus and Finikoudes Beach

The apartment was wonderful! We needed somewhere with a parking space for our hire car, but with or without a car it’s in a great location for exploring Larnaca and the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Przestrzenny apartament, dwie łazienki, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzacja, z której korzystaliśmy do ogrzania mieszkania zimnymi wieczorami (marzec). Duży taras z widokiem na miasto i zielony skwer przy budynku. Miejsce do parkowania tuż przy budynku. Idealna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko cerkwi św. Łazarza i plaży. Blisko do lotniska. Ogromny plus to bardzo miła gospodyni, pomocna, zorganizowana, rzeczowa. Super kontakt! Polecam!

Két hálószoba es két fürdőszoba van, csendes, a közelben boltok és pékség is van. A tulajdonos nagyon készséges segítőkész, es minden kérdésre azonnal válaszol.

I only stayed here for a short time, as I was just passing through Larnaca, but I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures, or maybe even better. Even though I was traveling alone, I could immediately see that this apartment is perfect for families or small groups. It’s very spacious, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, and everything is spotless and well-maintained. The balcony is a great place to relax with a coffee, surrounded by palm trees and city views. The location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, the old town, and lots of great restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Plus, having private parking in the city center is a rare bonus! The host was super responsive and helpful, even for my short stay. Next time I come to Larnaca, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!
