The swimming pool was lovely for adults and children and the playground was lovely too for the children; the bungalow - AC unit keeping us cool, comfortable beds and bedrooms had a good size, the cleanliness, the staff by the pool was very nice too
The water in the bungalow was scalding, we had to be very careful, barely turn it to the hot side and it was immediately too hot. The shower head also was faulty and will need to be replaced soon, but it did not hinder our experience. Just a suggestion for improvement, maybe add a toaster and kettle to the kitchenette in the bungalow and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Pode parecer estranho estar a registrar um contratempo num local de gostei...pois tivemos uma situação de falha com o comando do ar condicionado, não funcionava, mas toda a equipa foi diligente em resolver a situação e apesar de não ter sido possível ficar com um comando novo nunca estivemos sem ar condicionado. A situação foi tratada da melhor forma possível e agradeço ao Tiago, exemplar na execução das suas funções, empático e incansável sempre a zelar para que tudo corresse bem 🙏
E correu 🤗

Le calme, la tranquillité et tout à porté de marche
Manque des ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de contacts avec personnel de l’hébergement. Linge de salle de bain , lit , très bien(propre). Poêles très abîmés. Table de terrasse très abîmé. Logement propre, et environnement aussi.
