Very friendly owner who speaks good English. There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms that share a common area with a kitchen next to the owner house. We got a bedroom with a Queen and a single bed. It's close from Batalha but also very peaceful and there is a swimming pool we didn't use as we were there late September and it was chilly.
Owner said on Booking.com breakfast was available on demand but when we arrive, we were said it was an kinda an issue because he had to drive his daughter to school ; thing we understood. So he agreed on leaving a plate for us. We found coffee/tea, bread, jam, figs and some cheese. He charged us 10 Euros for that; we found it was a little too much... but whatever. Eventually be prepared to bring your own breakfast.
