La cercania, ubicación céntrica y con buena accesibilidad.
Que era un poco oscura porque las ventanas son muy pequeñas. Pero nada mal para una estancia corta. También se encerraban los olores cuando se cocinaba.

Localização fantástica, mesmo no centro, sendo fácil aceder a muitos pontos de interesse a pé. Casa bem equipada e acolhedora, com traça antiga, mas uma renovação moderna. Anfitriões simpáticos e disponíveis.
É uma zona com alguma passagem de pessoas à noite e a insonorização não é a melhor, mas nada de grave.

Gostei da decoração e de haver coisas básicas como sal e pimenta, escorredor de massa, etc. Única sugestão seria adicionarem uma tábua para cortar alimentos.
Não gostei muito de ver várias moscas na casa e de haver uns pêlinhos - embora extremamente pequenos - no lavatório da casa de banho.
