Rénovation propre et de qualité du logement. Climatisation adéquate. Équipements complets pour un séjour (four, plaque de cuisson, grille-pain, micro-ondes, bouilloire, ustensiles et plats etc…) Place de parking devant le logement Bien situé entre le centre-ville, l’hôpital et la zone commerciale route de la Charité.

Le calme de l’emplacement et proche de la ville en voiture. L’appartement est aménagé avec goût et il offre tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine.

Un superbe logement très bien équipé, avec une belle decoration, une très bonne literie et d'une propreté irréprochable. La climatisation a été très appréciable durant notre séjour avec la chaleur. Oscar est très réactif et une très bonne communication s'est instaurée. Le logement est très bien situé à Bourges, facilité de se garer avec son parking et agréable l'extérieur pour prendre un verre.
