La présence d'un parking à proximité (même si le portail ne fonctionnait pas et la place attribuée occupée)
Une seule table de nuit et lampe de chevet pour un lit deux places. Pas d'interrupteur à l'entrée autre que la commande des volets roulants Vue sur courette peu esthétique

Kleines Studio im Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Check -in einfach. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir draußen an einem Geländer anschließen. Recht gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Standventilator vorhanden.
Es gab nur einen Stuhl, deshalb war es etwas unbequem für die zweite Person beim Essen. Die Umgebung des Hauses wirkt etwas trostlos. Es war sehr warm, aber wir wollten das Fenster (da Erdgeschoss) nicht komplett geöffnet lassen - Kippen ist nicht möglich.

Les lieux sont propres, très sympathiques. Malgré un petit "parcours du combattant" pour récupérer les clés, vraiment le lieu est idyllique mais...
En soit, le logement est parfait mais rien à voir avec son nom. Il s'agit d'une pièce aménagée dans une maison avec une porte simple qui donne directement sur les voisins. Donc, l'isolation phonique est vraiment mauvaise et les voisins sont vraiment bruyant... notamment un voisin qui a jouer à la console de 21h à 1h du matin le lundi et 23h à 00h le mardi... le sommeil n'a pas vraiment été au rendez-vous...
