We spent a very comfortable night at OTTO Hotel in Ankara. The reception service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming with friendly smiles from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well-prepared, and the room service was helpful and responsive. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. We were also able to park our car safely right next to the hotel entrance. A pleasant stay overall, and I definitely recommend it.

I hope if the hotel provide Tea and coffee inside the the room

Despite the other hotels in Ankara, price is very reasonable an location is perfect, very nice, clean and calm neighbourhood. Staff was also very helpful.

When I stayed hotel was newly open so there might be still some works going on.

Otelin asansörü 4.kata kadar çıkıyor.. fiyat farkı verip seçtiğimiz büyük oda ise 5.katta ve oldukça dar ışıklandırılması çok kötü bir merdivenle ulaşılabiliyor idi!!! Rezervasyon esnasında bu konuda herhangi bir bilgilendirme yok, c/in sırasında öğreniyorsunuz çocuklu aileler , büyük valizleri olanlar için oldukça zor 👎 koridorlarda çıkmış eski kapılar vb tadilat artıkları duruyor 👎 odalara 2 adet kötü plastik bardak su bırakılmış ve otel girişinde 1 küçük su 70₺ satılıyor 👎
