Owner is nice person and good. The apartment is clean and near everything in Mansoura city. Recommend them

استقبال المستشار احمد وأستاذه ساره استقبال رائع ومعامله جميله وطيبه في قمة الأخلاق حسيت براحه كبيره مكان نظيف جميع خدمات غسيل خدمه شاي وقهوه وتراس جميل جدا تجلس فيه سعره معقول جدا مريح مكان ولله عدا فنادق في القاهره اروح له بنسبه 3 نجوم ان اروح فندق ام كلثوم زمالك والله انظف اجمل مريح جدا مكان فوق الممتاز

بصراحه كل شي فوق الممتاز معامله الجروب كله معامله طيبه جدا

Exclent location, the studio was well equipped specially the kitchen. and very clean property. All the staff were friendly and helpful specially Sara. The checking in and out was swift. In general the block was secure and safe with cctv every where. I felt safe. Last but not least city view was amazing. The two bed studio (get rid of the second bed by the window and add a dinning table with a chair or small sofa as not every one can sit on Arabic style floor sofa).

I booked a room with balcony and got one without, this was really disappointing. I wasn’t aware the room Was on the 14th floor. On the picture it showed amenity space communal balcony with green artificial carpet but thats on the other side of the block. The hotel has two sides this needs to be clear. There was a Connecting door with adjoining apartment that should have been completely sealed off not just locked. As you can hear adults and children it’s like they live with you. On a windy day there was some Sort of corrugated sheet that was making loud noise all night by the light well. If these issues are resolved I would book again.

السرير قديم وفيه بقعه كذلك الشرشف موجود وليس بطانيه
