Items/things shown in the photo may not be available. Especially the speaker that was supposed to be in the living room, is not here. I’ve already requested and confirmed before check in. Staffs brush me off upon asking, messaging to ask another staff got ignored.

The place is comfortable to stay. It has nice interior. It has pretty good access to grocery and it’s peaceful.

The total amount is misleading. We booked the place for 1,097 MYR and that’s the subtotal upon confirmation of booking. But end up paying for cleaning fee of 100MYR and Property service charge of 100MYR and 8% tax, which were never mentioned prior to booking. When we arrived expected for everything to be available when its comes kitchen stuff as I confirmed it many times to the manager, and the manager said they have everything available from cookware to utensils. But when we arrived, the gas tank is empty, there were no spoon lucky enough we bought spoon if in case, there are plates but there is no available food container, even dishwashing and decent sponge. At first we thought the gas just needs lighter to spark the fire, so the manager had to leave and get a lighter but when my friends came and brought lighter, end up the stove still isn’t working. End up calling the manager again cos we waited for him for like an hour to just bring a lighter for us. when the manager arrived, he confirmed that the gas is empty. It could’ve been checked before guests arrived. He asked us to cook using just one portable gas stove without even having cylinder. It’s a mess! We waited for like more than 2 hours to even start cooking. One AC is leaking and had to move bed to avoid getting wet. Plus the tv remote isn’t working, empty battery.
