We booked a stay here primarily for the famous rooftop pool, and it completely lived up to the hype. Swimming in the infinity pool while looking directly out at the towering Petronas Twin Towers is an unforgettable experience—especially at night when the city lights up. Our suite was massive, impeccably clean, and featured stylish, contemporary decor with all the comforts of home. While the rooftop area gets busy with people trying to capture the view, heading up early in the morning makes it a serene oasis. Between the stunning skyline views and the luxurious rooms, it made for an incredible stay in Kuala Lumpur!

The stay was very good. Room is very clean with good view of the twin tower. Staff are friendly and helpful. They used QR code for lift and door access which is very easy. Only hiccup was the first day where 1 if the lift couldn't read the code and causes delay and frustration due to wait Overall it's still a very good start. Value for money.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We found multiple small ants on our bed, blanket and bedroom table on our first night. We reported this to management, and although they changed the bedding and cleaned the room, ants were still present the following day. They then sent someone to spray the room with pest control. As we were travelling with two young children, I was concerned about having pest-control chemicals sprayed in the room where the children were sleeping, so I requested a room change. The next day, the replacement room they offered was smaller than our original room, and unfortunately, there were ants in that room as well. After speaking with reception in person for some time, they eventually offered us a larger room with a KLCC view, but it was at the end of the corridor, which we did not want. When I asked if there was another room of the same size available, I was told there wasn't, and the matter was essentially left at that. The biggest disappointment was not just the ants, but how the situation was handled. We were expecting a more proactive response, especially after the problem continued across rooms. I would recommend that future guests be aware of the pest issue and check their room carefully upon arrival.
