Location was good, easy walk to town and beach, eateries close by.
The apartments are a little noisy, although residents seem mostly to be considerate.

Good layout, comfy beds, great pool which is quite warm, lots of parking.
Black mould in the shower and the bathroom pools with water but it doesn’t run towards the drain so just stays wet. $6.25 to use the washing machine and again to use the dryer.
