Great location, I really loved the natural breeze when the windows and door were open. The pool and bbq facilities were also great.

Great swimming pool & BBQ area, close to main shops restaurants & close to beach & good parking
Huge number of maintenance issues in apartment (1 or 2, I can live with but 10+!) & not very clean. Up 2 flights of steps & no lift. Very noisy heat pump made outside veranda useless in day time.
