Great for Exploring Lavaux Region on a Budget

Great budget option for those looking to explore Lavaux without breaking the bank on a hotel. Shared bathroom and living room/kitchen area, but private rooms. Nice and quiet, within easy walking distance to various wineries and vineyards. Carlos, the host, is very responsive and friendly.

Great view, amazing area. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in a great area, with amazing an view from the balcony. Note that it is a shared apartment with other people, but private rooms. But that means you will have the facilities of a very nice apartment for cheap. Best for people that sleep early and get up early. As one has to be very quiet past 10pm due to neighbours. Highly recommended.

I am sure there are prisons with less rules

there are so many rules, it really doesn't make one feel welcomed at all - no using the kitchen after some time - no shower - don't talk on the balcony - be careful when closing the door - don't open this cabinet - washing machine is broken - LIE Like seriously, it's like the host doesn't want people to stay here ........

Für junge Erwachsene, Studierende und andere super geeignet und empfehlenswert.

Lage war exzellent. Dass es bei unserem Besuch Nebel hatte, war Pech. Die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsräume war sehr bequem und ansprechend. Alles Wichtige und Komfortable vorhanden. Fussbodenheizung. Schlüssel gut gefunden, alles gut beschildert. Ansprechpartner freundlich und hat auf alle Anfragen rasch geantwortet. Toller Gastgeber.

In unserem Zimmer hatte es Spinnweben an der Decke. Da mein Kind Panik vor Spinnen hat, war das nicht so toll. Zudem hatte das Zimmer drei Wände und eine Schräge, die quasi das ganze Zimmer eingenommen hat. Man konnte nur gerade laufen von der Tür zum Balkon. Ansonsten ducken. Die Betten standen unter der Schräge in den Raum hinein, sodass man sich nicht einmal im Bett hat hinsetzen und sich anlehnen können. Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Lichtschalter funktionierten nicht, dafür überall Bewegungsmelder, die sich teilweise sehr spät einschalteten. Die Fussbodenheizung funktionierte so gut, dass wir bei geöffneter Balkontür schlafen mussten, um die Temperatur angenehm zu halten. Haben keine Regulation gefunden. Der Balkon war auch zimmerübergreifend. Klingt alles schlimm, man kann sich aber damit arrangieren, je nachdem, was man sucht. Als reine Schlafgelegenheit durchaus prima.

W sam raz na weekend w regionie!

Po przeczytaniu niektórych opinii, nie wiem czego mogłam się spodziewać, ale zostałam mile zaskoczona. To nie jest hotel 5-cio gwiazdkowy, co jest jasno opisane. Ale jest czysto i schludnie. Budynek jest stary ale zadbany, jest dostęp do wszystkiego co potrzeba, łóżka były wygodne (pokój Lausanne), kuchnia ma wszystko do przygotowania podstawowych posiłków. Widok z balkonu jest oszałamiający. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, check-in/out bez problemowy. Tak, są 2 czy 3 kartki z prośbą o zachowanie ciszy po 22, co jest dla mnie zrozumiałe bo domy sąsiadów są naprawdę bardzo blisko. Za tą cenę (pamiętając że jesteśmy w Szwajcarii) jest na prawdę więcej niż potrzeba.

To nie są rzeczy, które mi przeszkadzały ale mogą być uważane za minus, ewentualnie nie wynikały bezpośrednio z opisu: łazienka / kuchnia / salon / taras są współdzielone z pozostałymi pokojami (jest ich 6 bodajże). Miejsce ma vibe hostelu. Jadąc pociągiem do Rivaz przygotuj się na 15 min wspinaczki pod górkę ;). Balkon w pokoju Lausanne jest z boku domu i widok nie jest tak dobry jak z głównego tarasu i do tego jest współdzielony z pokojem obok.

Imbroglio et absents de l'hôte pour régler les multiples problèmes d'accès à la chambre

La vue en arrivant et en partant

A notre arrivée notre clé n'était pas dans la boîte (vide). Nous avons appelé l'hôte, pas disponible sur place, qui nous a dit qu'en effet notre chambre avait été proposée à une autre personne, cette personne ayant elle-même trouvé sa chambre occupée à son arrivée . Premier problème : il aurait été normal de nous prévenir, plutôt que d'attendre qu'on arrive et que nous prenions en charge la communication téléphonique (européens, nous avons du prendre un mini forfait pour pouvoir communiquer au besoin). Ensuite nous avons attendu la femme de ménage, en panique la pauvre, pour qu'elle tente de trouver une solution. Mais toutes les chambres étaient prises. Donc se sont suivis plusieurs appels avec l'hôte, pour aboutir à un jeu de chaises musicales et retrouver nos bonnes chambres, ainsi qu'à l'éjection pure et simple des affaires personnelles qui étaient dans une des chambres mal attribuées, dans le couloir, accessible à tous puisque la maison n'est pas fermée. Il y avait quand même un ordinateur portable. Aucun geste commercial pour nous ni les autres hôtes qui ont tous rencontré ce problème à leur arrivée.

Paysage magnifique dans une maison d’hôtes convivial.

Emplacement géographique, exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur le Lac Léman. L’hôte très sympathique a pu arranger pour une place de parking réservée.

C’est une maison d’hôtes partagée avec deux salles de bain collectives pour cinq chambres. Il faut donc s’accommoder avec et être rapide car il n’y a pas de lavabo et de WC dans les chambres. Si vous avez l’habitude des gîtes de montagne, cela vous reviendra parfaitement.

Не понравилось · За 10+ лет путешевствий я первый раз сталкиваю с таким сильным не соответствием, не приятностью и ограничениями. - Еще до заселения - мы получили такой свод правил и ограничений, что как минимум мы должны были получтиь деньги за проживание там - Парковка - не возможно ни где нет места! Единственные вариант раз в 8 часов перепаркоываться или переписывать бумажку, с Швейцарскими то законами и проблемами приехал переночевать, утром можно машину не обнаружить если по будильнику не вставать. - Соседи - они не скандалили - но смотрели так пристально и не приятные комментарии оставляли как буд то мы лично их чем то очень сильно обидели. - Розетки - ни какой информации о том что розетки не стандратныые а локальные, ни одного переходника нет, связи нет но вы держитесь - Одна из розеток вообще была открытой! - Ощущение неряшлевости, затхлости. - Грязно, в туалете пахнет мочей, на кухне грязными тряпками - Кровать - я раза 3 стукнулся ночью об потолок - Курить в 30 метрах от дома! - Не дышать не жить. После 10 на кухню нельзя, пользоваться ничем нельзя. - Стены кортонные - звуко изоляция равна 0 - Почти везде и на всем почти все кричит "Не трогай, приватное". Я ниже приложу фотографии. - В целом очень не гостеприимно, не приятно, это не аренда, это выживавние за свои деньги - и не в деньгах дело а в отношении! Некоторые вещи решаются очень просто - розетки, регулярная уборка, убрать все эти таблички или провести межевание с соседями.

Une vue splendide mais des règles de vie draconiennes

Appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel; Une très belle vue sur le lac Léman.

Accès de circulation difficile. Stationnement très compliqué. Environnement pas du tout adapté aux personnes âgées ou handicapées pour se promener--pente--Rien dans l'environnement immédiat pour se ravitailler(épicerie, boulangerie, restaurant, bar !). De plus 4 chambres pour 1 cuisine et un salon implique une réelle promiscuité. Constaté 2 machines à laver HS ! Et puis ces "obligations" sans cesse rappelées. "Ne pas faire... ne pas faire..." ! Interdiction d'aller sur le balcon après 22h !!! Un comble, non ? Le respect des autres voyageurs et des voisins se comprend et s'applique mais ces "règles de vie" érigées en diktat deviennent lourdes et pesantes. Il est impératif de les signaler dans la description et le règlement de la location.

Es gab im Zimmer 2 Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine in der Gemeinschaftsküche

Das es sich um eine Unterkunft handelt bei der sich 5 Doppelzimmer ein einziges WC welches sich zudem noch im einzigen Bad befindet teilen dürfen, wird in Anzeige sehr geschickt umschrieben. Die Unterkunft isr äusserst hellhörig so das man im Zimmer jedes Geräusch wahrnimmt. Dankenswerter Weise waren sämtliche Mitbewohner sehr leise. Im Zimmer befindet sich genau eine Steckdose an der auch noch die Stehlampe an einem Doppelstecker angeschlossen ist. Auch der Spiegel ist mit 15cm auf 25cm recht dürftig.

Das gute an der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht, der einfache Checkin und Checkout.

Die ganze Unterkunft ist voller Plakate mit Verboten und irgendwelchen Regeln. Rauchverbot auf dem Balkon?!?!, Duschverbot ab x Uhr, Bitte um Ruhe, etc., als ob man in einer geschlossenen Anstalt ist. Mehrmals wurde erwähnt, dass Rivaz ein ruhiger Ort ist, als ob das eine Rolle spielt. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen…

Locaux vétustes, manque de propreté qui soulève la question de sanitaires et cuisine partagés, manque d’isolation sonore entre les chambres, literie à rénover d’urgence (sommier bancal, matelas taché et déchiré). Un tas de couvertures et d’oreillers sales jetés dans un placard etc

Abbiamo dormito senza dover sborsare una fortuna

La località, posizione, la struttura ristrutturata di recente in se carina ed accogliente, posteggi ora in "bassa" stagione e subito dopo Pasqua a disposizione e liberi nelle vicinanze. Bagno relativamente ben pulito visto che tra gli ospiti c'erano 5 ragazze giovani con i capelli lunghi😀 Offerto due capsule caffè e due bustine di the insieme a due cioccolatini

Che ci doveva essere un posteggio ma era già preso, che non c'è la luce sulle scale e pianerottolo al primo piano dove si trovava la camera, spazio relativamente angusto della camera, comunque "accettabile" a quel prezzo per la zona, biancheria da letto probabilmente non asciugata bene che puzza, sapone in bagno non sono riuscito a capire se messo a disposizione della casa o se personale degli altri ospiti, lavandino cucina e spazi circostanti con carente pulizia/manutenzione.

Une personne de référence sur place ! La propreté très moyenne pas de savon pousse pousse par exemple disponible pas de lumière dans le couloir je peux concevoir qu’il y des personnes qui oublient d’éteindre mais ce n’est pas une excuse de ne pas en avoir!
