Quiet place off the beaten path in a great natural setting
I liked the rather remote location, kind of at the bottom of a ravine, at the end of the road. The A-frame unit was part of a house (maybe with other guests), but felt completely separate because of its entry orientation. The unit was spacious, cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was among our favorite places to stay in three weeks of traveling. The breakfast was generous and delicious; the outdoor setting was enjoyable. Wish we hadn't eaten dinner before arriving the night before; I'm sure it would have been wonderful. I also recommend going on a little hike on the trail/road at the park that is there. You arrive at the restaurant and the fellow (owner, family member of the owners?) running things was very personable and between my marginal French and his slightly more than marginal English we communicated adequately. Clearly, he wanted his guests to feel at home, and we did.
This was not a bother for us, but could be for more physically-challenged guests: after you unload your bags, etc. at the A-frame, you need to park your car around the other side of the house (built into a hill) which is at the bottom of the hill and hike back up to the A-frame because there is no parking on the A-frame side; it's just the narrow road.

What a brilliant place to stay
Brilliant. This place needs more photos so others can see what a fantastic place this is to stay at. The owners were incredibly kind and were very patient when we checked in very late. Lots of tea bags available. 10/10

Nice location but definitely not for 4 adult person's as it was advertised.
Beautiful surroundings. Tea and coffee in the room.
Apartment was rented as a 4 person's place with 2 storeys but in fact it was 1 small room (approx 16 sqr meters). 2 additional beds were small, one metal portable bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. Small bathroom with tiny sink. Dirty. Located next to the street so during night car lights were flashing into the room. Water kettle leaking and dirty. Only 3 set of towels (big+medium+small) so 1 person was not able to have 1 big towel. Owners not speaking English in the way for free communication.

La gentiillesse de l accueil et la besuté des lieux.... Et le filet de truite.Excellent!
Le ménage avait été mal fait.des énormes toiles d araignée avec des mouches mortes étaient suspendues en dessus et face au lit, ainsi que des rognures d ongles à la salle de bain
