Big Dragon Villas Ubud

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Big Dragon Villas Ubud. Nous étions en petit groupe et avions réservé trois chambres. L’hôtel est absolument magnifique, fidèle en tout point aux photos, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Ma chambre, située au rez-de-chaussée, offrait une superbe vue sur la piscine et la végétation luxuriante : se réveiller chaque matin dans un tel cadre était un vrai bonheur. L’endroit est incroyablement calme, parfaitement propice au dépaysement et au repos. L’insonorisation est excellente, ce qui rend le séjour très paisible. La chambre est spacieuse, très bien agencée, impeccablement propre, avec de nombreux espaces de rangement, un petit dressing, une terrasse agréable, et une salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Le lit était exceptionnellement confortable — probablement l’un des meilleurs que j’ai eus durant tout mon séjour à Bali. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les équipements : télévision (assez rare dans certains hébergements à Bali), et surtout un espace kitchenette partagé très pratique entre deux chambres communicantes, avec distributeur d’eau, micro-ondes et petit évier. Très utile au quotidien. L’hôtel propose également petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner sur place, avec un espace agréable pour manger. Le personnel est discret et l’atmosphère générale très reposante

Le seul point à prendre en compte est l’emplacement : l’hôtel se situe à un peu plus de 2 km du centre d’Ubud, soit environ 15 à 20 minutes en voiture selon la circulation. Il n’y a pas de restaurants accessibles à pied à proximité immédiate, donc il faut prévoir un taxi ou se faire livrer ses repas. Mais en contrepartie, cela garantit un calme absolu, ce qui peut aussi être un vrai avantage selon ce que l’on recherche.

We had such a wonderful experience at Big Dragon Villa and would highly recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and genuine welcome. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even moving us to a different room at short notice when we made a request. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We had arranged a surprise bed decoration for Mum’s birthday, and they delivered it perfectly. Not only was the setup beautiful, but the team also helped us coordinate the surprise, which made the moment even more special and memorable for her. The villa itself is beautiful and very well maintained. It wasn’t overly busy, which meant we could really relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and lovely pool views. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — both clean and visually stunning. We were originally meant to move to another hotel after three days, but unfortunately it didn’t meet the standards we were expecting. When we reached out last minute, Big Dragon Villa truly came through for us and generously offered us our rooms back, which we were so grateful for.

Es nuevo y se encuentra retirado del centro.

El servicio se lavandería es una estafa y el servicio de limpieza muy malo . La habitación está llena de muchas hormigas , las hay hasta en la cama . En la aplicación de grab es imposible ubicar el punto del hotel, cada salida y entrada eran una odisea . No hay restaurante en el hotel y cerca no hay muchas opciones solo un cafe. Muchos ruidos en las mañanas de taladro y golpes de martillo que fueron muy molestos en nuestra estadías .
