The elevator is a big bonus for the old town. I had a heavy suitcase and the apartment is on the 4th floor The windows are facing quiet backyard Easy check in The property is warm

The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, there were dust and hair in the bathroom. The temperature in the shower goes from hot to cold. There’s no soundproofing to the extent I could hear people coughing next door, conversations in the hallway. The bedside lamps aren’t working. The furniture is cheap and poorly made. The bed is a double made out of two singles pulled together. Since I was on my own, the other half of the bed wasn’t made and there was bare mattress , pillow and duvet, adjacent to my clean bedding. So I had to try and keep away from the middle of the bed if I didn’t want to touch the unmade half which had stains on the duvet. Never seen anything like it. The bedding is fully synthetic. Poor communication. I’ve messaged the property on the day of my arrival with a question and they replied after I’ve checked out
