The location is amazing, it's even right next to a 7 Eleven. The rooms where the most spacious we stayed in all of our trip to Japan. The room also had a washer/dryer that worked very well. It was my favorite stay during our family trip to Japan.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved this place and would stay here again for sure.

We didn't eat at the hotel, but there are many wonderful options around. The location was fantastic as it was near everything that we wanted like Dotonbori, Namba walk, the subway, the train station. The staff are very courteous and they're very kind. The place clean, albeit the rooms are a bit small, but that didn't detract from the experience. I highly recommend.

Excellent location
It was extremely cold during my stay. Although the room was spacious, the heater was too small for the space, and I actually woke up shivering on the first night. The hotel staff told me they couldn't do anything about it because the equipment wasn't broken—it just wasn't powerful enough. For the rest of my stay, I had to sleep in thermal underwear just to stay warm.
