Very central location where we are steps away from Namba walk. Nice to be so close to underground stores and restaurants because it was so hot in July. The residence room was spacious and it was nice to have washer/dryer machine available in room.
Lobby area is small. No where to really sit if you need to wait at the hotel.

I loved the location of it, it was around great attractions and I would stay again.
There was not a lot of space in the room.

Excellent location
It was extremely cold during my stay. Although the room was spacious, the heater was too small for the space, and I actually woke up shivering on the first night. The hotel staff told me they couldn't do anything about it because the equipment wasn't broken—it just wasn't powerful enough. For the rest of my stay, I had to sleep in thermal underwear just to stay warm.
