Good value for your money, ok for a couple of days when working in Geneva during the day.
It's cumbersome to get in touch with the owners for obtaining the key code and location, but once inside that's actually a good and calm place to stay - with a comfy mattress, a foldable couch for two, a little, calm outside space (ground-floor) and a kitchen that does what it should.
Lack of responsiveness by owners and/or administrative staff, due to full automatized rental process. The additional deposit policy of 500EUR to be blocked online, in addition to sending a passport somewhere, is not quite inviting and should be changed.

A fuir absolument !!! Propriétaire absent ! Non joignable par téléphone et par mail par contre l'argent à été débité immédiatement ! Par la suite impossible de joindre le propriétaire ainsi que booking...je me suis présenté à l'adresse indiquée à l'heure indiquée également mais...personne. Il m'a fallu trouver une solution d'urgence pour la nuit. Ce qui m'a coûté une nuit d'hôtel supplémentaire ! Merci et adieu Booking !!!

L’adresse qui n’était pas la bonne mais celle d’un propriétaire fatigué qu’on prenne sa propriété pour un logement Booking.

Nous n’avons eu aucunes communications avec la société de conciergerie avant le moment de notre arrivée, malgré un message sur la plate-forme Booking envoyé pour demande d’informations.
