This hotel has staff who welcome you with a smile and it is warm and in a great location Arriving tired I ordered dinner to the room and it was so tasty and served beautifully A really comfortable bed set me up to get back on the road

Food was good, people were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and ok. Simple but comfortable enough. And good value for money. Good if you can't make the journey and have to spend a night.

Not so easy to find if you come from Mandi. It's on the other side, going into Mandi, coming from Kullu...keep an eye out.... Because it's right on the highway there is some traffic noise but that died down during the night....

The positives: The bed slept nice and i have to say that the food was very good. Also the "bellboy" is a sweetheart.

The negatives: i booked this (deluxe) double room with riverview, mountainview and Airconditioning. Upon arrival they booked me into a room without any of this. Upon asking they switched me to a room with the view but still no Airconditioning. They are falsely advertising it as A/C because they explained me not a single room in the building has A/C. That was a downer after a long day of driving in the hot. So i asked them to change the booking info and for a discount since i paid for something they dont have... I got 0 discount! And to make matters worse.... the room they checked me in had a disfunctional doorlock. So you couldnt leave the room without risking someone coming into your room. There are some good things to the hotel and if they change a few things and lower the price ti somewhere around 1600 rupees per night.. then it would represent what it truly is. But this way... i can only rate the stay for what it was: overpriced an inconvenient. I hope they understood my explanation and try to change things for the better. No hard feelings towards the people.
