Staff were very friendly and tended to our needs. Palak in particular ensured that the food and accommodation needs were taken care of.
Washrooms need to be better and the power backup can be an issue.

We stayed at Da Shack with our family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The manager was especially welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had a great one night stay at Da Shack and enjoyed exploring Mandi and the surrounding area!
The hotel is situated next to the Beas river and adjacent to a public swimming pool, Its walkable to town if reasonably fit or just a short tuk tuk ride away.
Staff were friendly and attentative and assisted with arranging our onward travel. The room was clean and tidy and the food and coffee served was of a good standard.
