Shower pressure could be better. Ants in kitchen. I left for few minutes tomatoes near sink and then came a lot of ants.. if all food in fridge - no problem.

Location is perfect for people arriving with cars. Parking is free public parking, but there is always a space whenever you arrive, even tho there are a lot of apartment buildings nearby. The apartment is spacious and decent.
There are a couple of things we didn't like about our experience. The main issue was the bathroom; the window in the bathroom opens directly into the kitchen, which is quite uncomfortable. When using the toilet, others can see (and smell) you through the kitchen window. Additionally, the shower cabin is incredibly small, I've never seen one so compact, and the water pressure was barely adequate. If bathroom things addressed and removed, this would be a strong 9 or 10.
