We loved the pool, the balcony, the location and the expansive and new space.
The cost was a bit high but I understand why.

The quality and internal layout of apartment with stunning views the outside balcony arrangements both front and rear were also first class. The security staff and concierge were pleasant and helpful. Last day extension checkout was very accommodating and very reasonable charge.
The only disappointment ( and comment about location) was the ingress and egress to the actual apartment once inside the building mainly the journey from main entrance on Monumental up two elevators via car park . Also long pathway along rear entrance to exit gate. We had an issue with the apartment key pad taking multiple attempts before opening however once reported it was replaced and worked perfectly. the bedroom TV also had intermittent Issue

Lady who met us with keys was short of time, so didn’t have time,to show us how to get to swimming pool or where to put recycling. However recycling area too far away and encountered a rat on first visit so that was our last!
