Villa Toscana by Madeira Dream Stays

The property is beautiful

Very good location the swimming pool is beautiful the house is very modern

Location was good. Nice restaurants nearby. Property was well equipped, and very comfortable. Good sized swimming pool well maintained. Hosts were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to our various messages. Hosts also accommodated us with early check in and late checkout which was very much appreciated.

There is a construction site next to the property which overlooks the terrace and pool area. It was a bit noisy and was somewhat intrusive.

Amazing home, super modern and clean, the pool, on site gym, spacious

The view is obstructed by the new construction The noise from construction There should be simple ingredients like salt and pepper but ran out Hair conditioner?

Very warm welcome. Quick responses to issues raised - easy communication and good understanding of English. Wonderful design of the property. Uber worked well.

We had a few problems with the fixtures and fittings which all suggested that the property, whilst well designed is perhaps not so well built / fitted out. There is also a lot of poor maintenance for a property that is so young with badly marked flooring especially in the kitchen area, badly marked walls in a number of areas and holes in ceilings etc etc. We have rented many 'luxury' properties and this did not compare well.
