Mi hanno sostituito l’appartameto prima del mio arrivo con un’altro perché c’erano problemi alla caldaia. La struttura si trovava in una posizione centrale, appartamento molto grande e confortevole anche fin troppo dato che ho soggiornato da solo. I’host è molto disponibile e risponde sempre in breve tempo a differenza del servizio clienti Booking che ancora sto aspettando la risposta.

Riscaldamento inspiegabilmente assente a gennaio; stufe insufficienti a garantire un riscaldamento in sicurezza degli ambienti. Mancanza di una scopa o stracci per pulire in terra Scarsità di consumabili di base (2 rotolini di carta igieniche) e assenza totale di carta da cucina
