Me mandó mi empresa por motivos de trabajo y me llevé una grata sorpresa al ver el apartamento completamente reformado, todo nuevo y la cama súper cómoda.

El mobiliario es todo nuevo
La puerta de entrada al edificio es muy pequeña, casi que no entran las maletas. Las zonas comunes muy, muy sucias. El apartamento se ve recién reformado y recién amueblado pero con un mantenimiento de higiene pésimo. La publicidad es engañosa porque si está frente al río pero lo que ves es la montaña que hay delante. Te prohíben fumar hasta en el balcón pero luego está toda la carpintería metálica amarilla de apoyar cigarrillos otros inquilinos. El baño es muy grande pero con los azulejos muy sucios y sin una triste fregona para secar el suelo después de la ducha.
