The owner is a very good and helpful person

The house owner is very nice and will give you good tips on where to eat. The room is good for the price. Excellent location, the subway is cheap and takes you to the center of the city very quickly. There is a big parking lot next to the house.

The bedroom is very humid, you can see it in the walls, once you turn on the AC is more bearable. The bed headboard makes a lot of noise with every move you make in the bed. There is a wall socket in the bathroom inside the bedroom in a dangerous condition that needs urgent replacement, I tried to plug in the hair dryer and I saw sparks. The kitchen needs remodeling, before booking I saw other reviews mentioning the kitchen, but I didn't think it was that bad. The kitchen sink works just fine, the biggest problem is the stove. We still managed to do some eggs for breakfast, however the stove doesn't even have knobs, it's almost like they were removed so no one can use it. Also there is some kind of free coffee in the kitchen called "Maxim" that is clearly expired, it should be thrown out.

Good quiet location, easy free parking across the road. Clean simple room perfect for a quick overnight no frills stay. A good place very reasonably priced to lay your head for an evening. Host is very quick to respond on messenger and keep in contact. Easy self check in. Host dealt with a non related to us issue very quickly.

I don’t usually go for a shared bathroom or kitchen as like my privacy so if I were staying longer this wouldn’t be my choice. But for one night it absolutely suited my needs.

Had all the basic things needed, clean and nice bathroom. Easy check-in.

Seemed a bit impersonal and bland (no decoration etc., no one there to give tips etc.), mattress was quite hard. Location near metro, but still quite outside and rather expensive for what it was
