Very nice place in heart of Nice city center, very spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped.

Excellent location, very basic amenities
The location in Nice is excellent and check-in was very easy. The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and suitable for two families (8 people). A side note: we explored the restaurant downstairs and found it a pleasant surprise, with great food and friendly service.
However, the amenities are very basic and insufficient for a 3-night stay: toilet paper and shampoo were not enough, only 4 towels were provided for two people, which required us to wash them ourselves to have fresh towels — managing laundry during a holiday is not relaxing at all. Only 3 laundry pods were supplied, and there were no lids for the cookware (we only boiled eggs). The linens are very basic and not very comfortable, just the bare minimum — acceptable for sleeping but nothing more.
