L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre ville. Il est très spacieux. La place de parking disponible et sécurisée et bien pratique (nous avons une ford Focus break et nous avons pu mettre notre voiture sans difficulté). Il y a 2 grandes chambres (lit doubles), le salon permet aussi d'avoir une pièce pour dormir supplémentaire. L'appartement n'était pas climatisé, nous n'étions pas au plus fort de la canicule, des ventilateurs étaient mis à disposition. Les lits sont confortables.
J'avais sans doute mal lu les informations données par le propriétaire, mais il faut savoir que la zone est "fermée" aux véhicules par des plots à certains moments. Il suffit de sonner à l'entrée des plots et d'expliquer qu'on a une location et le gardien baisse le plot pour permettre l'accès.

sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber zumindest wurden Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt, und die Wohnung war verdunkelt, als wir ankamen, so dass es noch relativ kühl in der Wohnung war. Die Lage ist optimal, alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist super.
