The location was perfect, as it is just a short walk from town. Ideal with beach access (just a quick trip over the rail line behind the property).
I will note, the name of the property changed about two weeks before our stay to include “construction zone”, which I would have preferred for this to have been communicated prior to booking (construction next door is quite advanced so it hasn’t just started). Pictures do need to be updated to make this much clearer as the outdoor bath amenity is unusable really given the proximity of the construction next door.

We had a very cosy and comfortable stay at Rio Villa. It had all the basics and was nice and warm for the chilly winter weather. The outdoor bath was definitely a huge plus, it was so beautiful to lie back and stare up at the stars in the night sky. Excellent location not too far to walk to the beach and main part of town. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and the beach access was very convenient.
The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and unfortunately the pool was not very clean during our stay.

Good location, plenty of towels, glasses etc in the kitchen. Fridge was super cold and air con was good. Comfortable bed and pillows
There was a lot of sand on the floor of the apartment when we arrived and also some on top of the bed sheets. When we booked it stated 1 single bed and 1 double bed. When we arrived it was only 1 bed and we were 2 friends sharing so we didn’t expect to be sharing a bed.
