Lock box was a grat idea for a big family. Great parking.
Would have liked to be informed that the top mezannine rooms are not separated by a wall so privacy is an issue.

Onsite parking. Location great, walking distance to beach.
I can see the owners are putting money back in, it had a beautiful renovated bathroom downstairs.(not in the photos by online).
I wasn’t expecting the two upstairs bedrooms to be Loft style. Didn’t give much privacy.
Would have like to have window covering downstairs, for privacy at night.

very old tired furniture
air-condition didn't work - even after real estate sent out a technician when we arrived. Air Con kept tripping and going off - we had to manually keep re-setting trip-switch.
shower head in bottom bathroom was leaking everwhere
BBQ was very ordinary and ran out of gas
