175 Sqm Luxurious Modern 3 Bedrooms Facing Manila Bay Sunset, Airports, Okada, Solaire, MOA

They are very accommodating on our request. We enjoyed our stay there!

Rm 14C from Aug.7 to 11, 2026 1. Ms Ghen and her team was very responsive and answers my questions. Also delivers what i ask. 2. Near MOA, like a good 5 mins drive. 3. The net in the room is good, was able to work with no problem. 4. utensils are there with ref, microwave, electric kettle and stove..there is also an air fryer, but its in japanese/chinese letter so wasn't able to use 5. towels provided and thin rolled tissue paper each CR. 6. beds are comfortable..2 rooms have queen sized bed and master has king, ithink. Pillows and comforter are good. 7. CRs are clean. Bidet and showers with heater are working well 8. ACs are all working good 9. Trash have their window time for pick up..you just have to place them outside your room 10. Shampoo and liquid soaps provided

1. the one in the pic is not the one we got..the one we stayed is not that luxurious, but susprisingly decent. I suggest owner should update pic for each unit they have, so as not to mislead possible staycationers. 2. no good pedestrian walkway if your planning to go to MOA by foot. So we go there by Grab always. 3. dead spot to little net in the lobby..so when you get grab..you gotta go down 5 mins before pick up time so you can tell the people downstairs the grab details and they would tell the guards from outside 4. CR in the master have a particular smell to it..like a piss that wouldn't go away even though they cleaned it and after we shower..it still smell..especially when the AC is off..i think owner should address this issue to the bldg maintenance department 5. Door knob locks on its own when you close them, partlicularly the common toilet and bath and the master toilet and bath. Hence, keys are left by the table. 6. need to refurbish sofa covers cause it has marks on it that ruin the aesthetic vibes of the place 7. dinning chairs are wobbly, so i suggest get a more sturdy chairs that can support larger guests The bed at the far end is wobbly too. 8. toilet seat covers are not properly bolted, so it moves when you sit on it 9. there is electric water container by the table, but no water in it 10. Hangers need changing already. Most of them are broken but still hanging there. As well as some pillow cover and comforter 11. Only 7/11 present near the area

I love that Titam and his friends are there to assist us upon check in.

The room is not the one I have expected but we are accommodated in the property well. Maybe you can change your mattresses to a comfortable mattress.

I like the property because its big enough for family.

What i don’t like is nobody inform me that they change my unit to another,and looks its not ready.so dusty and the Reef is Very dirty!not enough Utensils to use like Plates..
