Staff were accommodating. Even upgraded our rooms. The room itself were clean. And the amenities were superb. The view from the room were amazing.

The property boasts impressive amenities, including two picturesque swimming pools and view of manila bay. Complimentary Upgrade: We are very grateful to the host for upgrading one of our booked 2-bedroom accommodations to a spacious 3-bedroom unit. Unit Amenities: The companions assigned to the 3-bedroom unit thoroughly enjoyed the premium addition of an in-unit massage chair. Property Grounds: The resort-style pools and aesthetic of the property are visually impressive and align with its luxury branding. Complimentary toothbrushes, Shampoo, and Body Wash.

Areas for Improvement and Operational Issues 1. Check-In Delays that resulted to our Itinerary disruption While the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, the guests assigned to Unit 6J (Cluster C) were unable to access their room until nearly 6:00 PM due to ongoing air conditioning repairs. This three-hour delay caused a domino effect, completely disrupting our group's scheduled itinerary. Consequently, members of our party missed the Okada Fountain Show, which was the primary objective of our stay at this specific location. 2. Housekeeping and Cleanliness Shortfalls Upon finally entering Unit 6J, we encountered several unresolved housekeeping issues: The bedding lacked proper blankets. The provided bedsheets emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating they may not have been freshly laundered. The complement of towels was incomplete. A tenant facilitator informed us that the remaining towels were still wet. Despite assurances that housekeeping personnel would inspect and replace the poorly scented bedsheets, no action was taken, and subsequent follow-ups went unanswered. 3. Communication Breakdown Managing a large group requires prompt communication, which was unfortunately absent. The mobile numbers listed on Booking.com for host contact explicitly instructed guests to reach out via call or text for queries. However, our calls and text messages went entirely unanswered. While the hosts did eventually respond via the Booking.com messaging platform, the delayed response times forced us to spend a considerable portion of our stay troubleshooting issues instead of enjoying the amenities. 4. Group Logistics and Comfort Unit Allocation: Booking for a large group of 20 people resulted in being allocated three units that were located far apart from one another, with all units situated in an entirely different clusters/buildings. This layout made it exceedingly difficult to coordinate group activities or enjoy the stay together.
