I think the hosts really tried hard to accommodate us. I think they were hoping for vacationers who had time to join them in seeing and experiencing all of the wonderful local sites (which are many). It took a little to help them understand that we were there for business, and did not have time. They invited us places, tried to show us the local sites, and scheduled an event in our back yard. We had a problem with Amazon.de, and the male partner even ordered things for us, and allowed us to pay him back! I think they tried very hard to be helpful, and I think for vacationers it might be almost perfect.

In a positive overall ++ context, there could have been a broom, mop, and other basic cleaning supplies. Some of the wall decorations were rated R (and were a little bit disturbing). I think they tried to decorate it glamorously, which looked very showy on the internet (but for a longer stay it was not as practical as we might have liked). The recycle bins were always full, which made recycling difficult. I think if they lived there for six weeks they might think of ways to make things practical (rather than glamorous), but overall they tried very hard to accommodate our needs, and it was a good stay.

Een modern en schoon appartement. Uitkijkend op het groen. Dicht bij het centrum waardoor we in de avond nog even zijn gaan wandelen en een ijsje hebben gegeten bij de ijssalon. De gastvrouw Mel is ontzettend enthousiast en gezellig. Een zeer hartelijk ontvangst! Wij waren op doorreis maar je kan er zeker meerdere nachten verblijven.

Ons viel niks tegen als alleen dat we de airco niet aan kregen. Het koelde die nacht af waardoor we het verder niet meer hebben gevraagd. Dat had dus zeker gekund. Mel hebben we hiervan op de hoogte gebracht.
